Once an investment request or service payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Cryptocurrency investments are executed in real-time market conditions and cannot be reversed.

2. Refund Policy

CryptoAssetX does not offer refunds once a transaction has been successfully completed. Due to the volatile nature of digital assets, all investments are final.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error
• Payment deducted but service not initiated
• Incorrect amount charged due to system malfunction

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. No Guarantee of Returns

Cryptocurrency investments involve market risk. CryptoAssetX does not guarantee profits or fixed returns, and refunds cannot be claimed for investment losses.
